How I Can Help You
Are you looking to heal from past experiences, navigate a stressful life transition, or improve your relationships and family dynamics? Do you feel overwhelmed in your relationships and struggle to find your way to better days? I help individuals understand how past traumas and negative experiences shape behaviors and interactions with others, creating space for healing and growth.
I specialize in trauma-informed practices and focus on helping individuals in midlife and later seasons of life build meaningful connections with others and the world around them. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My sessions are in a group setting. I organize groups that are in-person and virtual depending on the needs of the group members. I have a group for women, as well as a group for clinical therapists.
Specialties include life transitions, trauma and PTSD, and relationship issues. I also work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, parenting, racial identity, and women’s issues.
I partner with adults and elders in a group setting, and I am committed to serving Black and African American communities, single mothers, and those seeking a culturally sensitive and inclusive space.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, I’d love to support you.
